Jessica Wallace received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Anthropology in 2014. She worked in a variety of roles in social services after graduating, including intellectual disability and mental health counseling in residential settings, grant-funded housing programs, mental health case management, and long-term care social work. After many years in the field, she decided to return to school to pursue her Master’s degree in Social Work, graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in May 2025. While in graduate school, she completed internships as an outpatient therapist at Youth Advocate Programs and Community Human Services. She is currently working on completing her clinical hours for her LCSW.
Jessica is passionate about the human experience and relationships. She believes therapy is a unique and beautiful space that is built on creating a trusting relationship where life can be explored in a collaborative process. Jessica highlights the importance of the basics of being a human throughout the therapeutic process. She believes that learning to know and trust yourself can help increase the grace we have for ourselves, as well as building confidence and resilience in a complicated world. Her clinical interests include couples counseling, relationship dynamics, and sexual health and intimacy.
Outside of her work, Jessica enjoys reading, going to concerts, checking out local restaurants, traveling, spending time outdoors—whether hiking, camping, or kayaking—as well as caring for her plants and volunteering at Human Animal Rescue League walking dogs.
